If your item(s) don't arrive within the following time frames, We will send you a free replacement or refund you the full amount:
USA: 30 days (After "delivered") -On All
Canada: 35 days
Australia: 35 days
New Zealand: 35 days
United Kingdom: 35 days
Rest of the world: 40 days

United States: 7-14 Business Days
International: 7-14 Business Days
Most orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, but might take slightly longer depending on peak periods. So be sure to estimate a shipping duration sooner rather than later, please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process. In any case, we ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Your order could in some cases be delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or checkout information, such as a wrong shipping address provided in which happens very often.
If a wrong shipping address is provided, we allow 1 hour after purchase for orders to be changed. Please contact support@coteriecouture.com if any order details are needed to be adjusted. We are not responsible for any misinformation, such as the wrong shipping address, that is entered by the customer. Wrong Address Notice
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.
Please Note: Shipping times typically depend on the customs in each country. Some countries will clear packages faster than others, so please take that into account as well.
Shipping times can also in some cases be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:
IR Disputes/Strikes
Weather Conditions
Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Seasons)
Large and/or Bulky Items
Error on the Shipping Provider's side
Should any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well informed to the best of our ability.
International Delivery
Whether or not you will receive additional charges from customs in your country is not within our control. During the transportation of an item we provide you with, you agree to abide procedural laws set by your country's customs office. Please contact your country's customs office if you wish to learn more about the specific rules of your location.
Please Note: We Can Send Shipments To PO Boxes And Military APO/FPO Addresses.
“Business days” are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay the receipt of your shipment.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.
Standard Delivery: Offered to Continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, and APO/FPO Street and PO Box addresses. Standard delivery time will vary from 5 – 10 business days for US Continental, Alaska, and Hawaii Street. We don’t ship to US Protectorates/APO/FPO Street and PO Box addresses.
