Return Policy
Physical Products
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the address we will provide for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The order shipping fee is non-refundable as it's collected directly by the shipping couriers. To submit a request, please email us at support@coteriecouture.com.
All items originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. You are responsible for return shipping fees as well. If you have purchased multiple copies of the same product (more than one package), and have opened more than one package, we will not accept returns and can no longer honor our 7-Day Return Policy. Please provide us with a valid tracking number of your return in order for a chargeback to be performed. We will process your refund after we receive the receipt of your return, and then conduct a product inspection, only after we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.

Order Modifications
You cannot modify or cancel your order after the 1-hour post order confirmation grace period ends. After your order has been placed, you have 1 hour to contact us and request order modifications (details may include size/color change/shipping address). After 1 hour, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified.
We offer replacement item(s) or returns for any of the following reasons:
The quality is poor.
The final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.
The product itself is flawed.
The following information of the product is not the same as the order: type, size, color.
Lastly, since your order is custom-made just for you, we are not responsible for returns or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. We may request for you to pay for shipping returns depending on the circumstances.
Damaged Product
In the event that the received product comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a replacement within 30 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@coteriecouture. If the case is deemed valid, ImmaculateCoterie will cover any related cost to your reshipment.
After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request item reimbursement for any reason.
